The following should be taken into

consideration before we start repairs on your computer.

 

(1) Make sure all your important files are backed up, as sometimes when you fix a computer some files get deleted or removed accidentally. We can backup files on your behalf however Programs installed will have to be re-installed after a full system re-install. So please have your disks ready. For example Microsoft Office 2007 disks and Original code or certificate of authenticity. If you have any questions or doubts about doing this then contact us and we would be only happy to give you some additional advice.

 

(2) You can bring the computer too us or we can go out to you. If we go out to you, make sure our engineer can access the rear of your computer as this both saves time and money. Please note that we charge per hour or part there of unless previous arraignments are in place.

 

(3) If you bring your computer to us all you need is the "BOX" , you need not bring cables and so forth unless the problem could be associated with the cables that is. For example I am getting no display on my monitor (“TV” part of computer) and the pins are bent on the piece that goes into the back of my computer.

 

(4) Please ring before you come, as we like to get to know our customer and find out a little about them before we start work on there computer. If you are unsure how to do any of this. Call us we would be only to pleased to assist you in any way we can.

 

Although every effort will be made to prevent data loss during the repairing of your computer system, C&M Will not be held responsible for any data loss during service or data recovery.
